I identify with this quote. I feel that my passion for Early intervention and for equality in Early Childhood led me to open an inclusive program in order to become the voice to my students with special needs and to support them and their families. Thank you Dorothy!
Passion is important in the ECE field. If this isn't what you want to do, you will struggle everyday. It takes a special kind of person to work with children and make a difference. I think our passion pushes us to do more, not to settle for what is but make things better.
