If I was given the opportunity to conduct a study concerning childhood I would study the brain development on children as they grow. I would have several subjects so that I can see how each one is affected and how they benefit or not from the changes that have been introduced to them. I would study their brain function and also their reactions. I would not have to worry about all of the red tape and politics. This research would be raw data of actual happenings.
This would be beneficial to everyone because they can see how the brain develops and what positive influences , in early development, have a better impact on the development of the child. Do they develop better socially? Academically? How are they productive to society? These are all of the things my research can determine.
Hello Dorothy,
I love your research idea. Brain science is fascinating. I first became familiar with research studies around brain science and social emotional development from Harvard University's site the Center on the Developing Child. Brain research is definitely work that has many societal benefits.
Thanks for sharing.

Hello,
Researching the growth of the brain sounds like a great idea, I like how you will be able to see the change when things are introduced. I think this is a great idea and would be educational for everyone to see. It would be helpful to know what positively and negatively influences the brain and the effect it has. I would definitely read your research and be interested in learning more. Thank you for sharing your research ideas with us.
