I remember in one of y classes, I had the best group. Everyone communicated well. The work was always done ahead of schedule and everyone checked in with one another periodically to see if anyone needed help. I loved this group. I remember thinking "Man I hope I get these people again!" They were hard to leave because I had never found a group that I was so in tune with in my entire class time. I believe high performing groups are definitely hard to leave because when you have a bad group, a great group is such a fresh breath of air. You want that relationship to continue. You get things done. We never did any closing rituals, but I wish that we had all been able to group call one another and just chat. I still have some of their numbers. I think that I will just remember all of the people that I have come into contact with and what we did together. I will take some of their ideas into my career to help me become successful. Adjourning is important because it is a reflection period. You can evaluate what you have done, what you did not do and what you hope to accomplish later in life. It is a way to build on your strengths and improve your short comings.
Hello Dorothy,
I have enjoyed interacting with you throughout several courses in this program. You always share relatable examples. Thank you for your candidness. We are closer to the finish line!
